The following commits add support for rtl8821cs bluetooth:
1. dt-bindings: net: realtek-bluetooth: Add RTL8821CS
2. Bluetooth: hci_h5: btrtl: Add support for RTL8821CS
3. arm64: dts: rockchip: Update compatible for bluetooth
This will be officially released in kernel 6.4

There is a slight change required in the mainline rk3566-box-demo.dts file to enable support on X88 pro 20. I have attached the patched dts and the dtb files with this post.
