I have also attached the dtb extracted from the android image. I have not been successful in booting any armbian using this dtb. Have added it here in case it is of help to others.

If anyone can help me find the serial ports from the pics above, I'll be grateful. I have soldered headers to what I guessed could be serial ports. However, I am not able to get any data from these. I just had a hunch seeing the same layout of (gnd, tx, rx) as shown in the image of ROC-RK3566-PC board here : https://wiki.t-firefly.com/en/ROC-RK3566-PC/04-maskrom_mode.html

Besides the T95plus image, from balbes150's builds I was able to successfully boot only into Armbian_22.11.0-trunk_Station-m2_jammy_legacy_4.19.232.img.xz (I assume the other legacy 4.19.x builds will work too) using the dtb file from T95 plus image.
